We dispatch packages with DAO or Postnord
All of our packages will be sent in recycled cardboard boxes – it may look a little sloppy, but for us it is most important to conserve the environment. 

You can also pick up the package in Sort Slips Hvidt Slips, Skindergade 24, 1159 København K or at our workshop at Amagerbrogade 86, 2300 København S


We dispatch the product from our workshop in Copenhagen 5-7 days after the order. 

For personal designs – custom-made lamps and products with personal text on, you will receive the design for approval after 1-2 days.

After approval, there are 1-2 days before we dispatch your product.  



You can pay with Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard & PayPal
All amounts are in DKK and are including Danish VAT.
We use an authorized payment server that encrypts all your card information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

This means that you cannot read your information. Nor will these be passed on to 3. Party.




To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us at about your decision in an unequivocal statement. The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your notice before the withdrawal period of 14 days has expired.


How to return items:

2. All items must be returned unused with price tags and in original packaging.

3. Please return your package to: Sort Slips Hvidt Slips, Skindergade 24, 1159 København K, Danmark

4. Please note that the returned package must be sent directly to the address above, as we are not able to pick up your package at a parcel shop.

5. Once we have received and accepted the returned item(s), you will receive a refund within 10 working days. The refund will be transferred back to the credit card used for purchase.

6. The responsibility of the item(s) is yours until the item(s) has been delivered on the listed return address. For your own safety, please keep your postage receipt with tracking number until you have received your refund.



You will only be liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that when you undo the purchase you will only get a part or nothing of the purchase amount returned, depending on the commercial value of the item. In order to receive the full amount of the purchase, you must do the same thing as you can in a physical store. You must test the product, but do not take it in actual use.



In case you have a complaint, a missing delivery, received a faulty item or if we have delivered incorrect goods, please contact us at as quickly as possible. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and images of the claim in the e-mail. Please note that defects caused by improper use, faulty maintenance or general wear are not considered claims.


In case you have received a faulty item or incorrect goods, you can choose between the following options:


Return the item(s) and receive a full refund once we have processed the return.

Return the item(s) and receive an exchange once we have processed the return, provided we can supply an equivalent.

Keep the goods and request a reduction of the purchase price.

Keep the goods, have the item repaired or cleaned by a tailor or a dry cleaner and send us the bill, which we will credit as quickly as possible.
